Things to Know Before Your Appointment:
- Remember to bring all of your insurance information.
- Bring loose-fitting shorts to wear during your evaluation. We also have disposable, paper shorts in case you need them.
- Stay hydrated before your visit and have a light meal before.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted beyond the waiting room.
- Bring a list of all medications you are taking as well as any known medication allergies.
- If you have compression stockings, bring them with you.
