Meet the Team Julie U. Park, MD

Following completion of her fellowship, Dr. Park served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Chicago Hospitals, where she trained medical students and residents. Thereafter, she practiced interventional radiology with Diversified Radiology of Colorado in Denver where her interest in the treatment of superficial venous disease began. Prior to opening Carolina Vein Care and Aesthetics, Dr. Park worked as a vascular and interventional radiologist at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville and as a vein and aesthetics specialist in private practices in Spartanburg and Greenville.

Dr. Park has been passionate about treating superficial venous disease for over 20 years. In addition, she finds great satisfaction in treating unwanted veins in the face, hands, and vulva. Dr. Park also has over 10 years of experience in office based tumescent liposuction. Given her vast experience with venous disease and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, Dr. Park has been an invited speaker and educator at society meetings.

Dr. Park and her husband have 2 children and a rescue dog. When Dr. Park is not in the office she enjoys taking fitness classes, playing golf, snowboarding in Big Sky, hiking, and traveling with friends and family.
